Monique Manners is a global technology executive, board director, business transformation architect, and product evangelist with more than two decades of leadership across technology, media, and telecommunications. She has built her career where strategy meets execution—guiding organizations through the kind of change that turns complexity into opportunity and ambition into measurable results.

As the Founder and CEO of Monique Manners Consulting, Monique partners with companies ready to scale—engineering modern technology ecosystems, aligning operations with strategy, and helping leadership teams translate bold vision into disciplined execution. Her work sits at the intersection of digital transformation, platform modernization, and enterprise growth—where innovation must move from concept to impact.

Before launching and expanding her consulting firm, Monique served as Senior Director of Consulting, PMO Business Transformation at Dell Technologies, where she led global initiatives across a $500M services portfolio. There, she introduced AI-enabled workforce strategies and intelligent automation frameworks that reduced attrition by 15% and drove a 92% Net Promoter Score—proof that when technology and people move together, performance follows.

Earlier in her career at Comcast NBCUniversal, Monique helped operationalize next-generation digital platforms and connected-device ecosystems, enabling the launch of more than 120 streaming and gaming applications and dozens of smart home products across global consumer markets. Her leadership unified engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless platform integration and accelerated product deployment.
